Joe Bayer Jr. graduated from Truman State University with a BA in Communications. From there he entered the “real world” working for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Over the course of 10 years, he went from an entry-level position to a management trainee; where he was “literally cleaning cars while in a business suit” to his final position as area rental manager for the mid-county area of St. Louis County. He oversaw 11 stores, along with its employees, operations and overall sales growth. When it came to his decision to leave Enterprise and join First Integrity, Joe says, “I made the move to First Integrity Mortgage Services to begin working for the family business as Vice President of Business Development. This opportunity allowed me to focus on moving our business forward through relationships, innovation, and strong business partnerships.” Now, as Executive Vice President, Joe is responsible for the overall wellbeing and growth of the company. He goes on to say, “We are an independent mortgage banking firm that prides itself on doing what our name says; handling customers and providing the products and services with the utmost integrity. It is for this reason that we are the 4th oldest mortgage company in the St. Louis area. First Integrity continues to grow, allowing us to do even more for our clients.” Joe’s drive in the industry reaches outside of First Integrity’s walls. He held the President position for the Mortgage Bankers’ Association of St. Louis in 2018 and currently sits on the Board of Governors for the MO Mortgage Bankers’ Association.
